Porto Cheli
The town of Porto Heli is located on the south coast of the prefecture of Argolis (a.w.a Argolida), oposite to the Islands of Hydra and Spetses of the Argo Saronic Gulf. It is build amphitheatrically around the natural port and is considered among the most attractive regions of the Peloponnese. It is also a very popular resort for the cosmopolitan life of the islands of Spetses, (travelling by a water taxi that takes about 5 minutes!) and also for the picturesque nature. From Athens 172km and from Nafplion (a.k. a. Nauplia) 80 km. Approachable either by car, or by flying dolphines that follow the route : Piraeus, Hydra, Spetses, Porto – Heli, within 2 or 3 hours.
Porto Heli is a summer resort town in the municipality of Ermionida in the southeastern part of Argolis, Greece. It is situated on a bay of the Argolic Gulf, 6 km south of Kranidi and 40 km southeast of Nafplio.
