Villa Hypnos is arranged over three floors. On the ground floor there is the fully furnished terrace that overlooks the bay of Psarou and partially the shared swimming pool, the main entrance to the house, the living area with the fireplace, the extra spacious dining area, the kitchen, a full bathroom with shower and the stairway leading to the upper floor.

On the mezzanine there is a sitting area with two sofa beds that willingly can be converted into beds and another full bathroom with shower.

On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms one of which has an ensuite bath with shower, and one full bathroom with a bathtub. Both bedrooms have French windows leading to the balcony with breath-taking views of the bay of Psarou
