The Villa was orignally built around mid 1800’s and was part of a larger house complex.The owners consider it, as their summer house and occupied it only during summer days.

The Villa is built in the traditional Myconian style with thick rock support walls along with high wooden beam ceilings. The Villa has been fully renovated in all areas, and it is fitted with new sound proof double glazing windows locking out all the city noise. Also some furnitures and appliances of the original house, have been refurbished and placed in the villa.
