The property is entered by steps leading up to a solid wooden door that opens directly into the modern open plan living area which has been designed per Ionian architecture and features a fireplace and high quality comfortable furnishings.

Villa Eris is a stunning front line, beachfront villa that sits on the quiet pebble and sandy beach of Pogonia. It is part of 4 luxury villas which are all built at different levels therefore allowing each villa to have their own amazing views over to Paleros Bay together with the islands of Meganissi, Lefkada, Atokos, Kalamos & Scorpios in the distance.

There is a large T.V, DVD player and i-pod docking station. Off from the living area is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances including a dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker.

There is also a guest W.C on this level. From the living room, there are large full length glass doors that open up to reveal a large terrace and decking area with a fantastic Infinity pool that highlights the unbeatable views out over the warm blue Ionian Sea. On the terrace under a pergola there is a comfortable dining table for 8 people.

There are also large comfy sofa areas outside to lounge about around the pool out of the sun, or teak sun loungers if you wish to stay in the sun.

Directly to the left of the entrance door are stairs that lead up to the first floor and the lower level. The first floor consists of a master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. There are large balcony doors that open onto a private balcony, offering another perfect sea view.

The second bedroom has a double bed and en-suite with a picture window that offers natural sunlight and beautiful views over the bay. On the lower garden level, there are three further bedrooms.

Two of the bedrooms both have double beds and both are with en-suite bathrooms, WC and shower.

The other has a bunk bed and an en-suite bathroom. Throughout the villa there is air conditioning and free wi fi, and from all balconies of the property the views are magnificent.Boat hire is available and the villa offers an excellent base to be able to explore the neighbouring islands of Lefkada, Meganissi, Kalamos, Kastos, Astakos and the famous Scorpios island.

Approx 200 meters uphill from the villa is a traditional village with two excellent tavernas, a bakery and a mini-market. 4km around the bay you will come along the busy town of Paleros which is a lively alternative to Pogonia.

There are many tavernas and shops and a modern and fun Paleros Yacht club that provides all day entertainment and offers sun loungers and umbrellas to relax under whilst enjoying a drink from the large variety of cocktails that they offer or to dine on the delicious food chosen from an extremely modern and tasty menu.
