Property Description

The villa, a two-story air conditioned building with elevator, has wooden floors throughout and can accommodate eight (8) to ten (10) persons.The ground level consists of a spacious living room with stone fireplace, a large dining area, ‘captain’s corner’ sitting area, a luminous large kitchen with granite floor, a store room, guests’ WC and a single guestroom with shower and WC.

In front of the whole of the ground floor facing the sea, is a large covered terrace with a splendid view of the sea.

The upper floor consists of three guest rooms and one large office with stone fireplace. Upon request can be converted to a bedroom / office. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi, ladies boudoir, private playroom (multi gym, bike, and pink pong table and dart board). The two other double bedrooms share one bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi. Both bathrooms have mosaic tiling throughout.

All three bedrooms open out onto large verandas with all of which have fantastic views of Laganas Bay, Marathonisi Island (a protected marine park for the habitation of the protected Caretta-Caretta sea turtle). One can see as far as the Peloponnese.

The main house is only available for rent in its entirety – it is not available on a room by room basis.

Alkyone Villa is 17km from Zakynthos Airport, and 18km from Zakynthos’ Main Port.
