Villa Kallitikos comprises of the main house, surrounded by a large outdoor space containing, the pool, lounge and dining area and the two luxury guesthouses.
Villa Kallitikos is situated in the Kanalia area of the island, west and north facing and enjoying panoramic views of Mykonos town, Syros, Delos and the stunning Aegean sunset.
The pool area has a bean shaped sea water pool, equipped with a swimming jet and is surrounded by the lounge area. The sunbathing part has sun loungers and there is also a traditional built shaded area from where you can also enjoy the stunning Mykonian sunset.
Facing the north with a great view of Mykonos town and the boats entering the port across the bay, you can have a leisurely summer lunch on the long communal monastery style wooden table, sheltered under the traditional canopy and arched windows or enjoy a festive feast using the built charcoal BBQ and outdoor bar/kitchenette.
Each room is decorated in a modern style, and built by drawing on the traditional Aegean shapes and colors providing a bright, airy and relaxing atmosphere. Every room in the house includes all the amenities needed for comfortable and enjoyable summer vacation
The main house comprises of two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the upper level, while the ground floor features a big kitchen, dining room and traditional sitting room
Guesthouse I feature a double bedroom and a single bedroom with en-suite bathroom in addition to the large sitting are with a built in kitchenette and second bathroom. Guesthouse II features two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms each, and a large bright sitting area with its own kitchenette.
